What is Gusto's payroll-as-a-service?

We are excited to announce a new direct integration with the Bookkeeper360 App and Gusto, the popular payroll and benefits platform trusted by more than 100,000 businesses nationwide. By integrating with Gusto, our customers will be able to run and manage payroll directly within the Bookkeeper360 App.

Users of Bookkeeper360 will soon have everything they need at their fingertips to run their payroll, manage their staffs’ time off as well as all the other KPIs, dashboards, metrics and analytics needed to run their business in one centralized location. By bringing in Gusto’s core features within the Bookkeeper360 app experience, our clients can get back to what they love doing most.

Payroll Analytics, already available within the Bookkeeper360 App, combines Xero, Quickbooks Online, and Gusto Payroll data to deliver real-time insights to business owners. Insights include average revenue and net income by headcount, payroll summary by expense type, and department costs. Payroll Analytics enables small business owners to make intelligent workforce decisions on the go and saves countless hours creating spreadsheets.

In addition to Gusto, The Bookkeeper360 App also integrates with Xero and Quickbooks Online. Features include performance and cash flow dashboards, real-time metrics such as cash burn, and scorecards to track revenue and net income goals. The Bookkeeper360 App provides on-demand access to a full team of bookkeepers, CPAs, and experienced advisors who can assist with all aspects of accounting, back office, payroll, tax, and business advisory services.
